USPBL Partners with Make-A-Wish® Michigan

ROCHESTER, Mich. – The United Shore Professional Baseball League is excited to announce a new community relationship with Make-A-Wish® Michigan by becoming an official enhancement partner during the 2019 season at Jimmy John’s Field. Major features of this partnership include a specialty jersey auction where proceeds will be donated to the organization, and a Make-A-Wish Michigan game on Sunday, July 14 where a percentage of specific tickets sales will be given back as well. “We could not be happier to be partnering with Make-A-Wish Michigan.  We hope to be just a small part of helping Make-A-Wish Michigan to fulfill as many wishes for children with critical illnesses as possible.” Says Dana Schmitt, Chief Operating Officer of the USPBL. The USPBL will also benefit fundraisers for the 2019 Annual Walk For Wishes® – Southeast Michigan at the Detroit Zoo. As a Strength Sponsor, the league will donate two Grandstand tickets to every participant that raises $100 for the event. Official mascots and dancers from the USPBL Dance Crew will be in attendance cheering on the walkers and helping with the festivities.
