WINTER WONDERLAND COMING TO RENT ONE PARK

The Southern Illinois Miners announce that Rent One Park will be transformed into a “Winter Wonderland” this December, with fun activities for the whole family as the holiday season kicks into high gear. The special event will take place on two weekends- December 9th-11th, and December 16th-18th. The park will be open from 6:00-10:00 p.m. on the two Fridays (the 9th and 16th), 2:00-10:00 p.m. on the two Saturdays (the 10th and 17th), and 2:00-8:00 p.m. on the pair of Sundays (the 11th and 18th). You won’t want to miss out on the holiday fun at Rent One Park, which will include ice skating on a synthetic rink set up on the field for $5 (including one hour of skating AND skate rental, skating times limited), carriage rides for $3, and FREE pictures with Santa Claus. Both Friday nights will include a Winter Fireworks show. Additional activities include holiday crafts, live music, holiday movies, snowball fights, and more! Admission will be $5 per person on Fridays and Saturdays, and $3 for Sundays.
