JOLIET, IL – Coming off a big win against Gateway in last night’s game, the Joliet crew looked to swipe another win to put them ahead in the Series. To kick off game two, the Slammers called on Logan Dubbe to take charge on the hill. While the game went well for Joliet early on, a 5 run 6th by the Grizzlies flipped the game on its head and proved to be the deciding factor in a 6-3 loss. The Slammers scored one run right off the bat. Dylan Hardy, after getting to second on a stolen base, would come home on an RBI Double by Braxton Davidson. In the Slammers’ bottom of the third one more run crossed the plate. An RBI double by Brylie Ware would see Braxton Davidson score, giving the Slammers a 2-0 lead. It would be only one inning later where the Slammers would see another run…
