RASCALS CELEBRATE ANNUAL MILITARY APPRECIATION DAY

The River City Rascals are excited to announce our annual tribute to those who are currently or have served with Military Appreciation presented by Bommarito Automotive Group. The Rascals will be facing off against the Normal CornBelters in the second game of the opening series. For this night, all those in the military and their families will receive complimentary admission to the night’s festivities. There will also be a giveaway to the first 500 fans that enter the ballpark provided by the US Army. The game will take place Opening Weekend on May 13th at CarShield Field. The gates for all fans will open at 5:35 PM, while first pitch will be thrown at 6:35 PM. Before the gates open, Bommarito and US Army will have interactive displays set up next to the main gates. Be sure to arrive early to witness the miltary’s swearing-in ceremony on the field. The US Army will be featuring their color guard to present our nation’s colors. During the night, there will be several activities for all fans in attendance to participate in. H.E.R.O.E.S. Care will be holding a 50/50 raffle starting at the beginning of the night.
