The 2016 Frontier league Championship Series will be going to game 5 in Evansville, IN at Bosse Field.  The Evansville Otters and River City Rascals are tied 2-2 for the series looking to play tonight for all the glory as winner takes all. This is the first time there has been a game 5 for the Championship Series since 2009. Game 5 will be at 6:35pm at the historic Bosse Field and tickets are as low as $6 for fans that wish to come out and watch the excitement. For the Evansville Otters will have Hunter Ackerman on the mound who is 1-1 thus far in playoffs this season. In the two games Ackerman has thrown 14.2 innings and earned 11 strikeouts with only giving up 4 walks. His ERA is 2.45 during playoffs this year. Previously, this season Ackerman also pitched for the Southern Illinois Miners and last season he pitched for the Schaumburg Boomers. For the regular season Ackerman had a record of 14 wins and 16 losses while having a 4.52 ERA and earning 234 strikeouts with only giving up 77 walks.
