TRAVERSE CITY, MI – Due to inclement weather, tonight’s game at Wuerfel Park between the Traverse City Beach Bums and the Lake Erie Crushers has been postponed. The game will made up as part of a doubleheader tomorrow night. Game 1 will be at 6:05pm and game 2 will begin approximately thirty minutes after the completion of game 1. Both games will be scheduled for seven innings In game 1, left-hander Dylan Stoops will take the hill for Traverse City and, for Lake Erie, it will be Jeff Kibby. Game two features Michael Shreves for the Beach Bums and Juan Caballero for the Crushers. Gates will open at 4pm and Tom Willms will have the call on 101.9FM – The Bay, starting at 5:45pm with the Miller Lite Pre-Game Show. Don’t forget: Tomorrow night’s doubleheader will feature the season’s second Short’s Brewery Takeover, featuring Hopstache- A grapefruit IPA. It will also be our Some Gave All- Memorial Day Tribute, which will take place in-between games. The night will be capped off by our FANtastic Fireworks at the end of game two.
