Actor/Comedian George Lopez to Visit GCS Credit Union Ballpark Tuesday Night

SAUGET, Ill.– Hollywood actor George Lopez will make a visit to GCS Credit Union Ballpark Tuesday night to throw out the ceremonial first pitch and hopes to change the fortunes of the team’s performance. Lopez hosts a show called ‘Very Superstitious’ where he and his crew travel from city to city to learn about some of the greatest superstitions and stories to chase in that city. For example, Lopez and his producers, Jennifer House and Alana Foutz, traveled to St. Louis this week to meet with a woman named Susie who used to sing the National Anthem for the St. Louis Cardinals, but was terminated after three years of the team losing in each of her appearances. Lopez is going to meet with Susie and invite her out to GCS Credit Union Ballpark to sing in hopes that the Grizzlies win the game.
