Center fielder Daniel Rockett (pictured) launched a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to give Quebec a 5-3 lead and that proved to be the difference in the game as the Capitales held off a late Rockland rally to win, 5-4. Quebec starting pitcher Arik Sikula allowed two earned runs over six innings pitched to notch the win and improve his mark to 6-3 on the season. Elsewhere, Ottawa beat Sussex County, 8-2 and New Jersey defeated Trois-Rivieres, 11-5.
