From start to finish, the Rockland Boulders have been a force in the Can-Am League in 2017. Boulders OF Mike Montville (pictured) may be classified as a rookie, but he has played a key role in his team’s big season. For his efforts, Montville has been named the 2017 Can-Am League Rookie of the Year. At the start of Sunday’s action, Montville is hitting .240 with 18 doubles, a triple, 13 home runs, and 50 RBI. His 13 home runs rank him seventh in the Can-Am League.
