May 31 Evening Recap Lincoln 4, Texas 3 – Box Center fielder Cesar Valera singled home RF Trever Adams with the game winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Lincoln Saltdogs defeated the Texas AirHogs in a walk-off, 4-3. Lincoln beat Texas in walk-off fashion all three games of the series and has now won five straight overall. Adams led the way offensively for the Saltdogs as he collected three hits, including two doubles, and plated two runs. Lincoln C Dashenko Ricardo went 3-for-4 with a home run and two runs scored while leadoff hitter Ivan Marin drove in a pair of runs in a 1-for-4 night. Lincoln pitcher Michael Wagner tossed a scoreless ninth inning to earn the win and improve his mark to 1-1 on the season. Wagner allowed a hit in the four batters faced. Fargo-Moorhead 5, Sioux City 1 – Box In a battle of division leaders, Fargo-Moorhead scored three runs in the sixth inning to open up a 5-1 lead and would go on to win by that same margin over Sioux City.
