The Milkmen roared out of the gates in the first with Riley Pittman hitting a lead-off solo shot (his second in two games and third on the season). Gary would answer in the second with a solo home run from second baseman Thomas Wallraven.Milwaukee reclaimed the lead in the sixth off a sac fly from Dan Ward to score Garrett Copeland.Gary would tie the game in the eighth, but the Milkmen would answer back and take the lead in the eighth with a no doubter by Dan Ward.Going into the ninth, Milwaukee surrendered 2 home runs and couldn’t return in the bottom of the inning. Milwaukee would have 10 hits and leave 10 men on.Milkmen starter, Kurt Heyer, pitched 7 solid innings, allowing just 3 hits, 1 run, no walks and 6 strikeouts. Myles Smith walked away with the loss…
