  1. Curious overlay of scheduling between the Freedom and Pacific. Again I do not think it presents a balanced schedule for either league, nor the teams involved. But the Freedom seems set to go much longer this year, and I hope it works. Hope last year set good groundwork for local support.

But the level of play between the two might not be on the same playing field. The editor here should investigate the age and playing rules between the two to see if they are viable. Had no idea that the Hawaii teams were going to come to AZ even once. I thought they would only travel to Japan and to the San Francisco area. Obviously the AZ teams cannot afford to go to Hawaii. I’ll be surprised if that part of the schedule is even played. Hope a contingency schedule is ready to be brought in “from the bullpen.”

Do NOT like the Pac teams playing six game series against only two Freedom teams instead of three game ones to all four teams when they arrive, and when AZ goes to SF. No balance.

  2. And the Frontier starts the season by losing its web site. Way to stay on top of things there FL! Pay up or shut up!
