UTICA, Mich. – Rudy Ramirez went went 2-for-4 and scored twice, while left-handed pitcher Greg Loukinen won his second game tonight, throwing 6.0 innings and struck out 10 to lead the Birmingham Bloomfield Beavers (18-20) to a 8-5 win over the Westside Woolly Mammoths (21-17) on Thursday at Jimmy John’s Field.
Malek Bolin finished the night with one hit and three RBIs, while Christian Ortega homered, bringing in two runs.
Zach Beadle hit a home run for the Mammoths. Dre Williams-Nelson went 3-for-4 with one RBI and crosse the plate once.
