UTICA, Mich. – June 22, 2026 – The United States Professional Baseball League (“USPBL”) and UWM Field are proud to announce a new music festival, named the USPBL Fall Music Classic, that will be taking place at UWM Field on September 18, 19, and 20, 2026. Each day of the music festival will feature a different genre of music.
The festival will begin with country music, presented by 99.5 WYCD, on Friday, September 18, 2026 headlined by Chris Janson, supported by opening act Julia Cole, and Michigan native Mac Watts. Artists for September 19th and 20th will be announced in mid-July.
Chris Janson is an accomplished, award-winning artist, producer, and songwriter. The Grand Ole Opry Member has amassed billions of global streams, Gold and Multi-Platinum awards, more than 10M in sales as a solo artist, and in excess of 15M in sales combined with hits recorded by other notable artists such as Tim McGraw “Truck Yeah”, LoCash “How I’ll Always Be”, Hank Williams Jr. “Love This Life”, and more. Janson is best known for his true-to-self anthems, five of which are Number 1 hits including “Buy Me A Boat” (5x Platinum), “Fix A Drink” (Platinum), “Good Vibes” (Platinum), “All I Need Is You” and “Done” (Gold). Additional certifications include “Drunk Girl” (Platinum), “Holdin Her” (Gold), and his Buy Me a Boat album (Gold). Janson has been awarded twice with the prestigious NSAI “Top 10 Songs I Wish I’d Written” award, received an ACM Award, iHeart Radio Country Song of The Year award, among numerous nominations from the ACM and CMA.
Julie Cole is an independent artist who has amassed 700M+ streams and has over 2.7M followers. She has toured globally in 10+ countries, opening for acts like Jelly Roll, Jon Pardi, Jordan Davis, Dierks Bentley and more.
Mac Watts is a Nashville recording artist who was born and raised in metro Detroit. He is an emerging modern country music singer-songwriter known for his energetic live shows.
Tickets for the September 18th day, which start at $75 of the festival will go on sale on June 23, 2026 at 10:00 and can be purchased through the USPBL’s website at www.uspbl.com/fallmusicclassic or by calling the UWM Field Box Office at (248) 759-5278. UWM Field is located at 7171 Auburn Road, Utica, Michigan 48317.
