MONTVILLE HOMERS TWICE AS THE BOULDERS TOP SUSSEX COUNTY

The Rockland Boulders used a five-run fourth inning and a three-run fifth to fight past the Sussex County Miners 12-7. RF Mike Montville (pictured) scored the first run of the game with a solo home run in the bottom of the second inning. Montville homered again to start the fourth-inning rally. Later in the inning, SS Mike Fransoso doubled with the bases loaded and he also scored on the play thanks to an error. In the next inning, Montville doubled and then scored on an error. Both 3B Daniel Arribas and CF Jared McDonald scored on a wild pitch later in the game.
