St. Paul 5, Sioux City 4 (14 Innings) – Box St. Paul CF Kes Carter launched a leadoff solo home run in the bottom of the 14th inning to give the Saints a dramatic 5-4 walk-off win over the Sioux City Explorers. This contest had been tied since the eighth when Sioux City DH LeVon Washington led off the inning with a solo home run to tie the score at 4-4. Carter went 3-for-7 on the night with two runs scored and a RBI while 1B Brady Shoemaker had a 2-for-4 game with a home run, his 16th of the season, two runs scored and two RBI. St. Paul pitcher Kenneth Frosch tossed 2 2/3 solid innings of relief to earn his fourth win of the season. Forsch gave up only two walks while fanning five batters. Cleburne 5, Wichita 4 – Box Cleburne SS Alex Polston scored the game winning run on an error by Wichita 1B Matt Chavez in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Railroaders defeated the Wingnuts in a walk-off, 5-4.
