  1. Yeah, they need to build an above ground parking garage to handle the Saints crowds, and not allow game parking into the facility until maybe 5:30. Maybe they should build a garage for use by both whatever factory business moves into that old building, and then later by the Saints. No day games unless the factory is closed. Weekends anytime should be alright, and it would promote concerts as well. The Saints should contribute half to parking, or the city lease that parking to both the Saints and the factory. In that spot, waste not, want not! Still a bad location, however.
