2012 Independent Baseball Attendance Analysis

Devon Teeple writes a blog about the business of baseball from the perspective of a front office executive who also had previous playing experience.  In recent days, he wrote an analysis of the attendance levels for the 2012 independent baseball season.  In it he states that announced attendance was nearly 7 million attendees, and this is with the Atlantic League not yet finished with its season.

He did not include attendance figures for the Pecos League or Freedom Pro League, which likely would have pushed the totals over the 7 million announced attendance mark if you include those 10 teams.
