The United League division of the North American League will be running its pay-to-play developmental, winter instructional league in Harlingen Texas during February. The stadium in Harlingen is the home of the Rio Grande Valley WhiteWings.

That’s a steep price to pay to tryout, and you may not get selected. They probably just keep a player chosen here until he has earned back his investment…and then release him for better players! dumb idea.
