Here is an article about Ryan Stevens who had to manage the Big Bend Cowboys of the Continental League:

Ryan got his start in 2008 as a coach with the Texarkana Gunslingers of the Continental League.  He then stayed with the Gunslingers last year under Chris McKnight and then joined the Cowboys.
