Many have asked IndependentBaseball.net about how to keep up with roster moves, trades, player signings and releases, and other player-related information.  Since they do such a good job of it, OurSportsCentral.com tracks and aggregates this information in its various independent baseball team and league news pages.

What IndependentBaseball.net has done is to incorporate OSC’s RSS feeds (news feeds) in one location; and, at the time of this post, listed these news feeds on the left-hand sidebar.  This way you can visit here everyday and get updated with fresh news from OSC.

In addition, you will get updates about the independent baseball industry on this blog.  Bob Wirz’s independent baseball blog column RSS/news feed is included as well.  You also get access to all of the team pages (main website page, ticket pages, merchandise pages, etc.).

Should you feel that this website serves as a useful resource then all that is asked of you is to share the site with others on the internet.  Please consider referring this site to:

  • your e-mail lists
  • your Facebook and MySpace friends who may like it
  • social bookmark sites you use (Delicious, StumbleUpon, etc.)
  • social news sites (Digg, Mixx, etc.)
  • your update sites (Twitter, etc.)
  • any sports and baseball-specific forums and blogs
  • any sports and baseball-specific media (online or offline) with whom you have a relationship

Thank you for helping to spread the word and give the independent baseball players (who play for relatively little money!) more exposure and attention.  As always, we are open to suggestions to improve the site; and we wanted to make sure that every visitor to this site understands all of the possible information you can obtain on its pages.
