The Attorney General of Massachusetts gave approval of the plan for a sports ownership group, known as Boston Baseball Field of Dreams, to proceed with the plan to have the ownership group control the land for desired possible independent baseball stadium to be ready in 2015. The Attorney General was required due to a utility company being regulated under local state law.
