Kansas City 5, Winnipeg 4 – Box The Kansas City T-Bones scored two runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to complete a comeback and beat the Winnipeg Goldeyes in walk-off style, 5-4. Winnipeg jumped out to a 4-0 lead after two innings of play only to see Kansas City score one run in the fourth, two more in the sixth and then the two in the ninth to finish off the stunning rally. T-Bones CF Tyler Massey was the star offensively going 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored and two RBI. Kansas City reliever Johnny Shuttlesworth tossed two scoreless innings to collect his third win of the year. Shuttlesworth gave up a hit and a walk with two strikeouts. Fargo-Moorhead 5, Sioux City 1 – Box A terrific pitching performance by starter Brian Ernst leads the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks to a 5-1 victory over the Sioux City Explorers. Ernst picked up his first win with Fargo-Moorhead as he went eight solid innings allowing only an earned run on six hits with a pair of walks and seven strikeouts.
