Vallejo Admirals To Continue Under New Ownership

The Vallejo Admirals are going to continue the rest of the 2013 season.  New owner, Buck Kamphausen, announced that the team will resume in the Pacific Association schedule this upcoming Tuesday.

  1. So now Marshall goes ahead with adding a sixth team to the schedule, which the Santa Rosa Rosebuds partially were already? Is that new? Expanding a league DURING the season? Not that it will effect the outcome of who is in the finals…should be Maui and San Rafael. But it better be a cost effective move for the league.

    I guess the Rosebuds and Lumberjacks go back to playing part time?

    Nice headache to have, and maybe competition will be good among the lower tier of the league. Curious. almost as crazy as the Pecos. Setup a post season playoff between the third and fourth place teams: an NIT type thing, ’cause they ought to have something to play for, right?
