St. Paul Saints Stadium Development Open To Bidding

The St. Paul Saints’ new stadium, scheduled to open in time for the 2015 season, is now open to bidding contracts as the government money allocated to the city for the new stadium could have been in jeopardy had the contract award not been open to competitive bidding.  The city was sued by outside parties for not opening the stadium construction/development contract to the competitive bidding process, and the article below states that the Governor of Minnesota spoke with the Mayor of St. Paul regarding the issue:
