Former St. Paul Saint Takes B.P. With Tampa Bay Rays

Dave Stevens, an athlete born without legs, took batting practice with the Tampa Bay Rays this past week.  Here is the story plus a video clip:

He was in Spring Training for the St. Paul Saints back in 1996.  The New York Daily News did a feature article on Stevens including a deeper background on his personal story and a description of his appearance in a pre-season exhibition game for the Saints:
