North County Cannons Owner Not Fielding A Team In 2013

Jim Hoynes, the owner of the rights to the North County Cannons team in the American West Baseball League, has – according to an article at UTSanDiego.com – canceled his operating agreement with the league.  The reason cited was the inability to secure a lease to an adequate stadium in the North County (San Diego) region.  Quotes from Hoynes are in this article:
