From Intern To Independent Baseball Player

This was one of the more unique stories in independent baseball during the 2009 season:

It features a story about a 2008 intern with the Evansville Otters and how he became a pitcher in 2009 with the same team.  It is just another reason why independent minor league baseball is worth the attention of the fans:  the human interest stories are great.
