El Paso City Council Approves Plan For Affiliated AAA Stadium

The city of El Paso moved forward with a proposal to fund a downtown new stadium for a Triple-A affiliated team, one which could play as early as the 2014 season.  Here are the articles out of the El Paso area, including a TV news clip:
