Earlier this week, the Redevelopment Authority for Malden, MA approved the lease terms to allow a developer to build a new minor league baseball stadium. Currently, the team slated to play there will be in the Atlantic League. Not all of the real estate has been finalized as described in this article:

Since the likely opening date will be 2015, the Atlantic League landscape may change significantly by that point. Time will tell if the Malden team, the proposed Loudoun Hounds, any Texas/Southwest expansion teams to reduce travel costs with Sugar Land, and possible Caribbean expansion occurs. When any of these, plus additional expansion plans, become confirmed then they will be added to this site.
