This past weekend the ABCA (ABCA.org) hosted its annual coaches convention in Dallas.  IndependentBaseball.net had the opportunity to go to the vendor’s exhibit and meet some old friends and new colleagues, including those from the affiliated minor league side.  In the coming days, independent baseball-specific information and/or useful baseball information in general will be posted on this site as a result of get-togethers at the conference.

In the meantime, special thanks go out to:

  • John Pinkman:  Pinkmanbaseball.com
  • Tom Hanson:  BaseballConfidence.com
  • Tony Klarberg:  www.baseboll-softboll.se
  • Pat Doyle (MLB envoy program global coordinator)

Each offered some helpful insights about the game of baseball, the business of baseball, and how both can be improved in the coming years.
